hoover nextra washer dryer,not drying?

Our Hoover nextra washer Dryer won`t dry,it keeps tripping those swithches next to the heat element.The heat element gets hot but the drum doesn`t.

Probably dryer fan that is not running & the heater safety thermostat tripping. You need someone to investigate further.
