I have tried several ways and the wate is not leaking but as soon it goes down the over flow water appears from the black ring there is two seals one I have put under the waste in the bath the other between the waste and black overfloe ring between the bath and ring

Buy yourself a quality bath waste from a firm called McAlpine....they seal first time. Plumbcenter do them usually.
