i turn on my boiler but it wont ignite, there is a spark at the pilot light and the gas here ignites but the main gas feed is not coming through

if it is a fan flued appliance with auto ignition then does it continue to spark when pilot has lit? if so then the pcb is not sensing the rectification and it will require changing if it doesnt carry on sparking then the main solonoid on the gas valve may have gone and isnt opening to allow full gas
