How can I fix my Bosch WFK2801 ?

My Bosch WFK 2801 is not displaying a fault code and the timer counts down as it should throughout the programme but although it fills up with water at the beginning and empties at the end of the cycle, the drum does not turn or spin. Anyone able to shed any light on this?

Check the belt is in place first...then check motor brushes for excessive wear. Re-post if problem is not resolved.

If the drive belt is ok I would take a peek at the motor brushes to see if they are badly worn (cheap & easy to replace these).
