Hi, my vacuum has stopped working. Three questions:

1) How can I remove the back casing from my panasonic MC-E554UK vacuum? The four screws are out but there's a nut / washer (with no head to turn it) in the centre of the casing holding the back firmly on.

2) What is most likely to be wrong with this vacuum?

3) Can the switches, capacitors etc be replaced individually?
