The filter side of my machine works fine.
The expresso/capuccino side - I fill with water and the steam nozzle works but the water does not drip into the beans cup below. The steam cap at the top gets very hot. Does anyone know what could be the problem. We have descaled but water still not dripping through on the expresso side.
