Hot point fridge/freezer Mistral frost free
my fridge of the fridge freezer is not chilling it is warm, the freezer section the temperature has also reduced to -11 instead of -21.

hi i have same problem a short term solution is openin freezer there will be a tray near top above all compartments may need to unscrew a few things. What has happened is ice has gathered round the fan you may need to use a hairdryer to melt it put it bac on it will work. But will continue to happen over a few weeks again. Its a common problem if you find a long term fix get bac to me . you will notice its makin a louder noise than usual
