My husband and I are not sure how this happened, but the screen on our digital microwave looks like it got punched or hit with something, creating the screen to not recognize push commands. When you push the 'home' button, everything lights up, but you cannot push a command...it just doesn't work. Is this fixable? These microwave is normally around $550-$600.
