how to put emails onto cd/dvd?

hi i run windows xp 2000 how to download saved email to cd/dvd nice easy steps please

Yet again we are not told what email client!!!

If it is Outlook Express try Google with the search term 'Outlook Express save email'. I did and found this site :-

I've never found out yet so all I do is re-open all my saved important emails hightlight the contents and copy and paste in to a word document, around ten to a document, 1 e-mail to a page when possible, and on first page list a table of contents using subject line info or how you want to identify each e-mail. I do this now with all e-mails as they come in and wait until I have enough for loading to CD.
Keep looking in, as I will, someone may come up with a better solution.

Are you running Windows XP OR Windows 2000? They are different products.

What do you use for your email? Do you use MS Outlook or one of the many other email clients? Or do you connect to your mail service with Internet Explorer?
