Do i need to re-pressurise the expansion vessel?

After repairing a leak on the circuit , I noticed the guage on our Ariston Genus can't get above 0.3 out of the red section and it's damn noisey especially on start up. There's no fill loop or taps just two drain cocks under the boiler. Do I need to be looking at the expansion vessel with the tyre valve in the roof? If so, can anyone let me know the proceedure please.
Thanks.

Thanks Brucey,
I found behind the control panel what could be an integral fill-loop with a small white plastic cock one end and a sprung twist knob the other marked 3 bar. My guess would be fit a hose, open up twist away, watch the guage and see if it 'likes it up-em mr manwaring'! Seriously though, am I getting any closer? Do I need to close any isolators etc before filling?
Appreciate the help.

there must be a filling loop, check by the isolation valves for the boiler, it might be an integral loop, possibly with two blue plastic knobs
