i have a 40 inch polaroid tv that was working fine and then one day when i turned it on the blue light comes on for power but has no picture or sound and only a faint light in the back ground. it will not turn back off either , i have to unplug it to turn off. what is the problem and how much do you think it will cost me to fix?
