phone renault and give them the serial number of the radio/reg number of the car, if ti the radio that came with the car they should give you the number, you might have to prove ownership before hand, if the radio isnt the one that came with the car it might prove more difficult, alternatively there are lots of places that will decode radios - google a search online for your nearest place
