the flue is not extracting but coming back down can this be remedied?

just moved into a new house which has a Glowworm boiler. Apparently the flue is not extracting but allowing the 'waste' to come back down. At present it cannot be used. Can this problem be repaired?

sounds like a spilling conv flue to me. need to try work out why its happening. thats a site visit rather than a internet guess im affraid

What's the model of the boiler? Does it have a fan? Older boiler's were conventional flue.
