refretting a stratocaster?

i have got a squier strat and some of the frets are worn down how easy it to refret with new fret wire could i do it myself if what would i need to do it.

If they arent too worn, you can have the frets "dressed" cheaper than a full refret.
You can do it yourself with a good set of jewelr's files, but if its a high dollar instrument....... I would seriously take it to a luthier and have it done.

Souldnt cost more than $150.
