45cc homelite chainsaw when I give it gas it dies I cleaned air filter and plug what can be the problem

I had the same situation and I found two problems. Leaking fuel lines and the fuel filter inside the tank had come off the fuel intake line. The filter (a screen, really) is heavy and is supposed to take the intake line where the fuel goes inside the tank in various positions of the saw.
