Delete the corrupt data, if you've worked really f*cking long on the save, I feel your pain but it's the only way i know

Reformat the memory card. You will lose all information that was on the card, but there is no way around that if your memory card is corrupted. To format just try saving a game onto the memory card, a screen saying "Memory card is not formatted, OK to format YES/NO" or something to that effect, say ok, and you should be fine.
