monobloc spout?

i need to change washers on monobloc tap spout on kitchen sink but can't get spout out no grub screw at back of tap?

Try turning the spout so it is in line with the hot tap (45 degress from looking straight towards you parrelel with the back wall) Pull Upwards. If not try on the cold tap side
