Ring BT 150 and ask this question
I did have the same problem with my BT Freestyle 3200,
I asked BT (Engineers) to check it out, they advised me to put in a code and see what happened ( unfortunately I cannot remember what this code was) but the automatic reply advised that the service had not been activated.
The Engineer rang me back within a few minutes and then it was arranged for the service to be activated.

It took about 7 days to activate
