HOW DO I RESET MY R265?
I have two R265 printers, my first one says it needs service? 2 red lights are on and it has stopped working. The cartridge holder is underneath cover on right and I cannot release it?
I just bought the second and the Black ink has run out now! I tried to load another cartridge but it will not accept it, never had this prob before. I drilled cartridge and filled with new ink, will not work and I got full of ink!!! Can anyone help this disabled useless old fart? I dont know what to do.
