Too much pressure?

We have a ferolli combi boiler, that has too much pressure in the system (3 3.5Bar) how can i reduce this back down to 1 bar

Bleed water off at a convenient radiator valve - it takes a while and you'll be removing a pint or three of water, but its the most boiler friendly way.
