Potterton 12 HE plus, pressure low?

Hi there!

I have bled a radiator in the house and after checking the bolier the pressure seems to be nearly 0.5. I need to get the pressure up again but can't any way to do it. The boiler is about 4 months old (we live in a new modern house) i can't find any flexible hose to indicate a possible pressure refill.

there is a series of pipes though, by the indented image on the metal rack they sit in is looks like these are the heating in and out, tap in and out which are sealed off, gas line and some smaller pipe which i've found out is the pressure relief.

if you could help me locate where i can top up the pressure, that would be most great!

Thanks!

Saddly this can only be described as a game of hide and seek. It is unlikely that the filling loop is under the boiler as unlike a combi there is no reason for the installer to have taken mains pressure to the boiler. It may be a tap conected to pipe work in the airing cupboard. It may be a filling loop which will be a short 30cm silver brade covered flexable rubber tube. I have seen what was more like a washing machine hose used as a filling loop. Also it could be anywhere convenient at the time of installation. Back of a cupboard, in the loft, garage etc. Good luck!
