Hi. Relatively simple to replace the boot. Take the lid off the machine, you will need a specific torque wrench, and then undo the spring at the front and the boot pulls off. You then need patience to fit the new boot with the final few inches being hard. I used a couple of spoons to help lever the boot on. Then simply attach the spring loaded clasp back on the front. May take a few attempts but should take about 30 mins to fit.
