my beko wma1215w wont spin?

the machine is making all the noises but drum just wont turn , ive rtemoved the back all wiring looks fine and belt is secure and tight
can someone please help

A washing machine usually requires a electrical unit to switch on the spin cycle.I think the part is called a condenser or a capacitor [like a silver tube with terminals at top].If condenser is faulty or connections off the unit[capacitor] the spin wont go into its cycle.
Spares can usually be had.
