My Beko washing machine is getting stuck on rinse?

My Beko washing machine keeps sticking on rinse, the only way i can get it to spin is turning the machine off and then putting it to the spin only cycle. I think the pump needs to be emptied but need to know where this is. I have cleared the filter this has made no difference.

Is the filter at the bottom front of the machine on the kick tray? I have emptied this last night I will check it again for a blockage. If there is a blockage how do I remove it?

remove the filter and shine a torch in to the filter housing and check to see if there is something jammed in the drain pump impellor
