The ribbon Cable From The read eye to the board is most likley damaged. I have the same Problem. the disc spins, and says it is loading, but then it quickly says no disc. the ribbon cable moves a lot, and can become weak, and may separate beneath the plastic.

When you "hear the buzz" it usually means the moter stopped spinning and can`t read the disc....therefore the "no disc" announcement. Could be a problem with the moter I`m thinking....????
