My laptop keeps freezing for no reason and the power button wont power it down ctrl alt del doesnt work and I have to take the battery out to turn it off, is there anyway of fixing it?
The most common cause is HEAT have a look at the air vents on the side and bottom of the case,clean and blow out the dust, if you feel ok to remove the cover plate that is over the cooling fan then give that a clean to.
