Yesterday my Radiant boiler started to play up. The pilot light comes on when you turn hot water/heating on but goes out after about 20 seconds. It reignites straight away, but wont stay on for longer than a few seconds. The heating and water get warm, but no where near as hot as it should do. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong before I make the dreaded phone call?! The boiler is only 4 years old and has been serviced every year
