Boiler seems to function ok, cuts in and heats water and heating. However, when the optimum water and heating setting are reached boiler cuts out as does the fan. A few minutes later the fan cuts in again and stays on even when the boiler is heating water/house or not. So checking the flu, it is sometimes expelling hot air but most of the time cold.
