Beko 5100s washing machine?

My elderly mother does not seem to be able to separately spin an item in her Beko 5100s ,and it seems to take ages to go through a cycle.The machine is a couple of months old

Single items will not spin because the machine is unable to balance the load.put more items in the drum and this should make it spin ok.wash cycles are between 2hrs and 3.15hrs long depending on temperature used.
