im trying to start a kubota l3130 hst which is telling me that my hst is not in neutral and my mid range pto is engaged... of which it does not have! A wiring diagram would help so that i can temporarily bypass the safety b.s., to start.

Do not try to bypass the seat switch, the seat switch is tied into the mid PTO wiring harness. Check for a blown fuse by the clutch pedal, I think it's a 5 amp fuse. If the fuse is blown and you replace it and it blowes again you will probably need a insterment panel, Kubota calls it a intella panel.
