has no brand, it isnt recognized by my computer, it allways worked before but it suddenly doesn't now. I've tried everything to fix it.

i have a zen creative 4gb and the screens gone white, so i cant see any of my music but if i press the arrow button on the right hand side of the device i can randomly flick through songs. Is very frustrating as the songs are only a select few and keep repeating. HELP
