We have a LG intellowasher 7.5kg wd-8016c and we put on a load of washing. The cycle has finished but the door won't open. We have turned it off at the wall, waited and then turned it back on and it still won't open

child lock.press the 2 buttons that release the child lock at the same time and it should work
