heating burner comes on only every 10 seconds?

I have a 'Firebird 90' central heating boiler. I replaced the 'nozzle' or 'jets' (where the oil burns) with new ones and cleaned out the boiler. Now it fires up but goes out after a second and fires up again every 10 seconds but goes out each time. Is there something else that might need replacing so that it works properly?

Replace two things:
1) The photocell
2) The coil on top of the oil pump.
