DD-603: F2 error code. Removed all the parts inside. Removed the outer ring, impeller, etc. Impeller not damaged or burred. Pump shaft (which the plastic impeller mounts on) does not turn freely. Cannot loosen it up. Tried lubricant also. No go.

Now what? In reading other posts here and on other sites, I think the shaft and magnet should just lift out? I cannot get this out!

The rotor shaft & magnets are locked in just like the filter ring. Turn quarter turn anti clockwise & pull up. If it is not free to turn it will cause the F2. Replace it with a new one rather than try to save a few dollars playing around with it.
