problem with my ariston ACO 32 MFFI boiler?

My boiler sometimes makes a roaring sound which can be heard outside the house. It usualy happens when the temprature reaches about 86 and roars as it goes down in temprature, but not allways. There is a small vibration most of the time. I have replaced the Fan, but after a while the sound happend again. I hope someone can help, it is driving me mad.

Unfortunately you replacing parts is not the answer, contact Ariston directly and they will put you in touch with your local approved service agent, they will probably adjust the gas valve in conjunction with their flue gas analyser, if this does not work, they can fit the up to date EEPROM key, If this does not solve it the burner may possibly be cracked, but as an Ariston service agent I can say that its most likely to require calibrating with an Analsyer
