EP 3002 is a designation for a Timer / Programmer made by potterton - it may control a Potterton boiler or another manufacturer's boiler.
Your boiler manages to get its pilot flame to light - you do not say if it does but probably the main burner does not fire up.
The causes of this may be a poor pilot flame - or a defective control board inside the boiler case - or a defective gas valve - and very probably just one of these.
A decent engineer should be able to diagnose which relatively quickly - expect the repair charge with materials to fall between £150 and £300 depending on which part has failed.
There appears to be nothing wrong with your EP 3002 else the pilot would not light.
