If calortec ceramic electric radiators 1000w, can work
on economy 7, do they have to be wired in, and what setting should they be put on.

No Ann they dont, simply plug them in and they are ready to go. select the desired temperature and forget about it
I believe that is the way they should be used no reason to doubt it.
