wash mcn not filling with water?

i have ariston margherita A1635,washer and although starter lights come on it dosn't take in water and nothing happens,have ckecked filter and pipe to filter is clear tried reboot but no help.

They usually have a solenoid controlled water inlet valve - just where the water inlet pipe connects - these things sometimes fail and are relatively easy to replace.
