How to fix LG washer WM1480FHD?

Have cleaned filter drain pipe etc.. but washer will not spin OE code comes up which tells me the filter is dirty but that can't be as it has just been cleaned, do you think it could be the drain pipe the waste water goes down?

"OE" Error (No Drain)

This is an error triggered by the water level sensor when the wash water has NOT drained out of the washer during the drain portion of the wash.

If no debris has been found (such as a sock) in the pump strainer---something may have made it past the strainer and is now in the pump itself. This could be a button or a coin. Disassembly of the pump assembly will be required to check for debris.
Another possibility is a failed drain motor. This type of failure may be due to:
1) Impeller blade separated from the drain motor.
2) Drain motor seized.
