try pulling top window seal off and banging it back on. window thinks somethings stuck. if this doesnt work unplug wire going to motor and plug back in. or could be motor itself gone wrong and will need replacing.. to reset window put window fully down and hold switch down for 5 seconds then send window up and hold switch up for 5 seconds.
