I have a VDO RD3-01 CD / radio in my Peugeot 206. The CD player has stopped working properly and keeps skipping, but the radio is still working. I want to take it out to see if I can clean the lens, etc. If I do so, will I need to enter a code when I re-install it or is the stored code linked to the vehicle in some way ?
