how do i fix my hotpoint aquarius df23 dishwasher?

my hotpoint aquarius df23 dishwasher wont fill with water - it runs through all the programs but dry - the water supply is switched on and flows ok as far as the connection with the dishwasher pipe - the filter is clean but the dishwasher has been stood idle for a couple of months

hi had the same prob i disconnected the hose from the copper mains pipe and in the end was a tiny water filter that was blocked i just removed it and hay presto clean dishes again

check there is no kink in the hose when you put machine in place try it out from units

Most likely you have an air lock in the dishwasher.

1. Refill the salt compartment.
2. Turn of the water supply at the mains.
3. Disconnect the diswashers water hose from the mains supply.
4. Lower the water hose and allow any water in it to drain from it.
5. Reconnect it and turn on your mains supply again.
