Glowworm 330+ Central Heating boiler question?

1. What should the water expansion tank pressure be?

2. The Red guide hand is on 2bar but the pressure (cold) is 0.7bar. Should I increase the pressure to 2bar?

3. or wait till boiler is hot and then check it?

Why do I get f1 all the time I've had british gas out three times now and they keep playing with the ignition but it has not fixed it every hour and sometimes every 10 min or less I have to reset it can anyone help.
