my program takes 4-5 hours to complete on jetstream 1400?

can anyone shed any light why my zanussi jetstrean 1400 takes 4-5 hours to run a wash program i have checked the filter it appears ok

check the water comming into the machine is flowing freely. self tapping taps are known for clogging up. also check the water is hot otherwise the machine will have to heat it up taking more time.
