How can I fix E93 appear on my cash Till?

The power shut down while my cash till in on, by the time it came on again the till didn't work but it says E93 on the little screen of the till.

You haven't told us the brand or model, but it sounds like a Casio. Thuis error means the printer is jammed. Check for stuck paper or objects in the printer
