tun off machine at mains then Tip the washer on its front, and at the bottom at the back you will see a black hose with a clip on it, use pliers to remove clip and then feel inside for anything trapped. Water will almost always spill out so have mop or towels ready. If there is nothing obvious you can also unscrew the top of the thing to the left with 3 screws(don't know what it is called) feel inside and remove any trapped items. I do this anytime the F5 fault shows and have always solved the problem and have recovered quite a few lost items in the process.

check the drainage filter, it sounds like it's not draining all the water away in the time given.
