The following method is 100% guaranteed to work and it costs you next to nothing. Now give me a good tip . hahaha...Just kidding. Ok, back to the subject, how to fix a pin hole on the faucet spout? If you don't mind the looks, you can wrap a wide rubber band around the pin hole couple of times. It will still leak a little in the sink, but will not shoot you right in the face or spray all over the place. And you don't care if it leaks a little in the sink, right? If that rubber band breaks, you can easily replace it and it will cost you less than a cent??? I know it is a temporary fix, but you can extend it by replacing that rubber band over and over again. Why do I guaranteed it to work? because I am using one right now. Unless you are out of luck, the pin hole is located in a place where you can't wrap a rubber band around, then go to get a new faucet. Ok, give me two thumbs up now.
