Hotpoint Aquarius Washer?

The drum bearing/shaft assembly seems to have collapsed on my daughters Hotpoint Aquarius Washing Machine.
On the older Hotpoint models, it was easy to simply remove the rear access plate and get to the entire drum assembly.
On this model its not possible. What is the easiest/quickest way to remove the drum assembly in order to examine the problem and replace bearings etc., without taking the entire machine apart???
Is there a service manual available, perhaps to download?
Many thanks

I can get a load of parts including replacement bearings, spiders and ready-assembled bearing carriers all the way through to rear half of the drum.
The model is a WF 541, 1400 spin, 6 kg load.
All I need to know is the correct way to dismantle it to get at the drum bearings. Is there a service manual for it please?

You cannot change the bearings anymore on newer machines you have to replace the whole drum as they come sealed now you will be bettter off either getting a general and domestic insurance poliicy it will be around £5.00 per month but then you can get it repaired straight away or buy a new machine
