hinge adjustment on small window?

Which hinge screw do I adjust on a small upvc 10 year old DG window to prevent it always opening fully, do I need a special tool for this?

hi there i take it this is a push out type window. there is a resistance screw on the arm of the hinge will be on a plastic sleeve that moves along the hinge normally a brass slotted screw. if they are still present it is an easy fix
