fills then stops, fills again, tries to pump out, then beeps, and lights flash...any solutions??

Can only help you if you tell what lights are on when it beeps. That is the error code. Write down from left to right exactly which lights are on & which are off along the top row when it beeps. Also tell me if any of the other lights are flashing at the same time.
